My friend and I just want to flee only to Italy and has a simple ceremony in a church whithout guests. Can someone give some information? Is there a package that will be painted to marry and combine their honeymoon in a can?

Good luck with that. I live in Milan. And the opposite of cheap. Maybe try a different city?
Ask travel agents. They have much more information for you to try to plan these things.
